After just a short time on the site, I'm a little bit nonplussed. A lot of the discussion and activity seems centered around ratings, being a master, controlling other people (and each other,) earning titles, and so on.
I'm not really interested in following or leading, and definitely not interested in scrambling for status, so I'm not sure how well I'm going to fit in. Aw. I also don't know that I have the time to spend on gaining levels (which totally reminds me of D&D!), since I'm not the kind of person who would randomly friend a ton of other people just for the heck of it. =( Which is a bummer, because this looks like a pretty cool social networking site.
My foray into VR might be pretty short lived, but I'll still poke around and enjoy myself
Hey, I'm new. I'm still getting the hang of how things work.
I found this site while procrastinating on studying, and decided to check it out. I'm a college student with an interest in nightlife and the supernatural, though I personally tend towards being a cheerful early riser, a bit of a hippy, and a complete health nut. I also sunbathe. (Yes, I'm sure one day I'll die horribly of skin cancer. I'm counting on my natural lack of hand-eye coordination to kill me long before it becomes an issue.)
Feel free to say hi!

You got some real nut jobs here. Trolls, psi-vamps, sex-vamps, sanguine-vamps, together with sex fiends and malcontents, a whole gamut of kooks. Don't expect too much in thought provoking public threads 'cause those kinda things get derailed slick as snot. Most of interaction is done behind closed veils.
