The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Keira was born last Monday. July 26th.

My water broke around 1:10. I was on the phone with a friend and her on/off boyfriend when it happened. After we got to the hospital around 2, they had to stick me with the iv needle about 7-9 times before they could find a vein, since mine are so small. Then they gave me some drug called stadol around 6..



Im not sure what time it was, but Im guessing around 7, a friend named Richard, and Rickie, showed up. I must've been pretty stoned, I only remember laying in bed with a blanket over my eyes for a long while. After that, I remember my mother and Rickie sitting on my sides of the bed, then I fell asleep..



By thw time I woke up and used the restroom, I was only 3 cm dialated, but I was in terrible pain. I sat in the rocking chair for what felt like a half hour, then I laid back down and got ready for the epidural. I was scared, but I was in too much pain, so I cried and let them stick me again. I napped for an hour and a half, and went from being 5, to 10 cms. I came out of the delivery extremely anemic, and a little torn up. But Id definatlly do it agan if I could.



I love my daughter with all my heart and soul. She looks like her father, and Im so proud to call them my family..
