How do you get rid of the feelings deep inside ? how do you become yourself again?

the anger ,the depression , the unbridled hate of some people.and the fierce love of a woman.just when you think you are over it the feelings ; they rise up again . your heart starts to feel normal. then rage fills it again. you could kill the perpetrator,no remorse ,you fantasize about it ,revel in it.you see the death of the person and it sends bliss through your body. and for a while your happy . the love of the woman is all that matters.everything is beautiful.then one day you see her talking to the person. or one day you talk about the incident . the problems at hand .then from the deep the rage rises up again .you scream on the inside it presses on your flesh trying to get out .ripping at your insides squeezing your heart .trying to stop it .a torrent of feelings are trying to get out .how do you stop it . how do you reach normalcy again. how, how do you do it.help me . help me before i die inside.and loose myself . i still love fiercely. i really do.

Don't let emotions rule you. Center yourself, ground yourself and burn some sage. Feelings change. Trust in your spirit and seek to pursue higher things than love. I am not knocking it, but it won't help you get out of this realm of flesh with the information you learned here during your journey.

WHY IS LIFE.

In my eyes you have to love to live. without love there is no life .To have that love that when you hold someone .You don't want to let them go.and when you look into they're eyes .You see love returned .and you feel life .Truly feel it.In your heart and through your soul.Piercing your heart illuminating your soul.And when you cry they are there .and when they cry you are there. to hold them comfort them .To love them always .When you love someone truly love someone .Your head might turn but your heart does not wander .You might get confused but have the strength.to say no .Please have the strength ..cause that is your heart keeping you safe . Friendship is one thing but if you truly love someone else .Don't let it grow beyond that.cause you will hurt more than yourself. Your life is yours to live ;live it well .But just know without pure soul filling ,complete body filling love ,life is just living .A pulse and a breath will be all you have .And a big open void for something else to fill .

Our days in the sun are just as limited as our nights under the moon .

Our days should be lived like a child's .Care free .But so much responsibility

keeps us bottled.Our nights should be lived out in romance and in sage like reflections of the days past.

But with all the days worries our mind is restless. Sleep comes to us restless and haunted with our worries of days past .

Our days should leave a reflection in our mind so when we sleep;we walk through fields of flowers ,through woodlands where waterfall mists drench the surrounding foliage as the water falls into a deep green basin.

Our nights should be refreshing soul cleansing.so we may wake up energized.ready to take on a new day.

We should close our eyes and let the sun osmose into our soul .warm our skin ,and nourish our body's in ways we cannot.

And at night release the energy back to the earth and take in the cool reflections of the moon .so they may relax us for our dreams to come will be refreshing and full of hope.

You be there for them.

Mind ,body ,soul.

You cherish them like the gift from god they are.

You honor them .

Let them be proud to be around you .

You love them for who they are .

So they are not ashamed to act themselves around you.

Love them sooo much that your love is returned in same so when everybody's world seems to be crashing down around them yours ...and hers.. is still spinning two body's embraced .forever .

So many thoughts come out of the blue .

Sometimes to many for me or you .

Like a run away train the thoughts pour in .

Changing your mind again and again.
