So..we went through a rebrand with my work place. Let's just say everyone seems to hate it. Now, onto something else that's more of a concern than a rebrand.
So, I have this coworker, and oh my fucking god...she pissed me off and several others in the kitchen as well. We literally tell her to stay out of the way or that's not how its done. One of my coworkers have already blown up on her TWICE. She had a Dr's apt Tuesday. We spent 2 HOURS catching food up. This includes pizza as well. Then, she left me HER SHIT to do, when my hands were already tied with another project. Let's just keep adding to that list. She doesn't wash her hands after smoking or taking the trash out. I get it, she's a shift lead, but at the same time, don't step on the toes of others who work with you. Work with THEM NOT AGAINST THEM. Sheesh. Yet, she is bullheaded and doesn't like change as it is. I just don't know what else to do. I've talked to my boss, and so has the other kitchen person. It sounds like they are going to pull her from the kitchen, but we shall see. I believe it when he actually intends to do it. The stress has become unbearable as well with that place. I work Mondays alone and man, I get so damn stressed and overwhelmed as well....It might be time for a new job, even if I am only 3 months into this one....
