Transylvania, Romania.
August 15th 1538, It was a warm summer night and I was taking a midnight stroll. I decided to take a shortcut home thru the alley.
Of course, being a vampire, you have those blood cravings. Having human blood for the first time in your life will make you crave for more.
I have been stalking this one woman trying to feed off of her. She is always with someone on her walks, but not tonight. Tonight, she is alone, walking, breathing, scared.
This is a long alley for a young woman her age. She gets off of work at 11:00pm and her walk is about 2 hours to get home, home to him. I start out for my walk at exactly midnight and I wait for her arrival in my eyes.
She arrives at 12:06 and I follow her in the darkness thru the alley. I can feel her heart racing as she sees my shadow following her. I can already taste her blood pumping thru her vains. She runs like a bunny, quick and fast. I start to chase her, making sure she doesn't leave my eyes.
I finally catch up to her and grab her arm. I told her that I was sent to walk her home. She said not to do that again to her. I said okay, I won't. We start walking thru another alley, twice as dark. I told her that she has something on her neck and she said to get it off of her. I look at the precious jugular, throbbing, pumping, fresh. I tilt her head a little more to see it. "What is taking you so long to take whatever it is on my neck off?" I take my nails and scrape it across her neck.
"What are you doing," she asked. She starts to shake while I am running my nails on her neck. "You were not sent to walk me home, were you?" I shake my head no and I dig one nail into her neck to make a hole. I press her against the wall in the alley and bite her hard, pressing my teeth into her neck farther. Watching the blood run down her neck, I keep drinking. I hear her scream for someone and I place my other hand across her mouth so I can finish.
I draw back, watching her faint into my arms. I hold her close to me and tell her to drink my blood to live. She does drink my blood and starts to heal. "Thank you," she told me. I nodded my head as I take my wrist back. I whisper to her, "I am your sire tonight, and you were my hunt to live for eternity." As she gets up, I stand up next to her. Then we start to walk home to the Master's Castle in the pure darkness with blood dripping from our mouths.
