Newsflash..........just got wind that something big is happening with my boss , my men are getting anxious , not knowing what's going on ,as a leader i do know what's going on but have been ordered to keep my mouth shut , sad really my men depend om me to keep them "in the loop" as we say in this situation. but what can i do? went to a meeting last week when the first shot was fired man that did not go well ...............lot's of changes going on for me as well but that's a new story for a new day. to be continued...........
