There is nothing here and will be nothing when I leave.
Today's run started at around 0745 but I was unable to run the full distance, instead of the spurt runs with walks sgt had us just run and I cleared the half mile marker but had to walk the remainder of the way, I guess I just got winded or something...no sit-ups or push-ups Thursday so I'll have to get creative and run on my own or Wii again...idk. Guess we'll see. Oh and the Wii says I've gained 2.2lbs and my waist line is at 32 inches...Even if I had a wash-board I would still have a 29-30 inch waist so just a few inches and the weight won't so much matter...just as long as I can wear my wedding dress with out looking like I'm busting at the seams...I feel horrible about it but I can't wear my dress. I bought it 2 years ago, guess I've gained some.
Sgt couldn't make it this morning so I hit my WII Fit Plus for some yoga and aerobics, it says I have lost .4lbs already...I hope this will work because I almost lost hope of getting back in shape the last time I failed...I think I need a support group.
I will reach my goals, I will be strong, I will be me.
Since the birth of my daughter I have been trying to get back into shape and get to a weight where I can be happy, but somewhere along the way I loose direction...or motivation.
Now I have my little brother to thank for my new-found routine...he was supposed to go to Basics but messed up his ankle back in June so they postponed his date to late September. In the time being he has gained almost 50 lbs, and his recruiter has taken interest in helping him get back to where he needs to be...that is where I come in. It allows me to have a "Work-out Buddy" with a serious sense of dedication to his purpose...getting my bro in shape. And me in the process!
Right now I weigh 125lbs and I am 5'5", which is healthy and normal but before I got pregnant I weighed in at 105 and was 5'4", I had definition in my abs, not a 6-pack but still, I want the "sexy body" back. For nearly three years now I just thought it was a dream but with a little Boot-camp inspired PT I think I might just get back to where I was, so long ago! And I will be able to fit in my old board shorts and Bikinis!
We will see how it goes, today was round one and I feel tired but good, real good.
