Steve..

R.I.P. Steve.

I grew up watching the crocodile hunter. When I found out that he died I didn't beleive it. I always for some reason thought he was invinceable. Once I found out that it was true and that my brother wasnt kidding I felt like I had lost a very close family member. I watched the animal planet tribute marathon. It made me cry. Some people who said "oh I knew it was gonna happen, its about time" I'm sorry.... I'm sorry that you don't have a heart. Steve was like one of my favorite people. I had always wanted to meet him it was one of me life goals. Steve I will miss you!

If you didn't know how he died..... I'll tell you.

He was filming a show on stingrays.... *not naturally a harmful animal. He had layed on one of them. I guess it had pissed it off because he hit Steve with its tail. Now it wasn't the poison that killed him like it more than likley should have been. No, it peirced his heart. The tail of this stingray had gone through his chest. Steve immediatley pulled the tail out. They say that if he hadnt pulled the tail out that he might have lived. If he had used common sence he would have broken the tail off and left it inside him. Th reason pulling it out killed him was because the tail of a stingray has barbs on it like the end of a fish hook. When he pulled it out it pulled peices of his heart out of his chest. I know Steve being who he was knew not to pull it out. But thats human instinct. They said that Steve was dead before he got to the surface of the water. Terri was hiking that appilation trail and didn't find out untill a few days later. Because there is no cell phone service up there. In a way I love you steve. I will miss you.
