~2 1/2 Puonds Fresh Blackberries
~3 cups of sugar
~2 cups of hot water
Let them set out in a large bowl for about 4 weeks stirring occassionaly. Crush berries into a smooth of pulp as possible. Stir in sugar and then the hot water. Pour into cast to ferment for 8- 10 months. Should be aired every few days.
