'Change the station', oh if only. The problem with you being a giving person is that it can leave one drained and result in you putting others feeling first. it is a good thing for the most part. But balence need to be sought so that you don't lose too much, otherwise there will be nothing left to give. For the most part give, but don't do it at the expense of self. You are important too.
