Section XVII of Vampire Rave’s Terms of Service explicitly prohibits posting content that is threatening, harmful, intimidating, or harassing — and gives site admins full authority to remove it and take action.

“You agree to NOT use the Service to: Upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that … is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing …”

 

🔍 Why This Image Breaks It

- It shows a man firmly gripping a large, curved dagger/kriss knife pointed upward, posed aggressively, wearing dark sunglasses and a leather jacket — the whole composition reads as intimidating and menacing, not just “costume” or art.
- Even in a goth/vampire context, realistic-looking weapons held in a threatening posture cross the line from aesthetic to implied threat.
- VR’s rules also demand content be respectful and not intended to make others feel unsafe — this photo does the opposite.
