Headache relief teabags for bathtub aroma therapy
1 empty teabag or satchel
Rosemary
Mint
Lavender
Rose hips
Chamomile loose leaf tea
Pink Himalayan salt
You want less rosemary, then the rest why rosemary it can speed up blood flow if not used correctly.. it can make swelling worse which is why I say use 1.5 teaspoons it's useful to keep blood flowing but you don't want it sped up
So 1.5 teaspoons of rosemary
Mint you want about 2.5 teaspoons and 2.5 teaspoons for the lavender 2.5 teaspoons of the Rose hips 3.5 teaspoons for the chamomile tea
4 teaspoons of the pink Himalayan salt
Pink Himalayan salt downsizes the swelling .
You want this all in the teabag pop it in a warm bath sit and let the aromas take away your headache and worries

A lovely post.
I use aromatheaphy for tension relief.
My favourite brand is Neom the 'Complete Bliss' range. Smells incredible and has a similar effect I imagine.
My wife mixes her own - black pepper and lime. And some years ago I found the Neom Range with the same ingredients - almost - except with added moroccan rose. Not 'exactly' the same as my wife's mix but enough to knock my socks off when I tried a tester in the shop. Practically smelled like her!
I buy Neom all the time now, amazing smell.
