I'm not a sanguine and all care should be taken, have a rare steak instead lol
Try Iron tablets but check if they are suitable for you, like sex, always take precautions.
If you must have blood try your own!!! Get a clean syringe and hypodermic needle, believe me how over rated this is. Not worth the bother.
