The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

I am so happy that the Twilight movies are now over, or at least that they are not getting as much publicity as they were once receiving. I was never a large fan of the Twight movies because I don't believe vampires to be teenagers with six-pack abs and over-flowing with teenage angst. The last time I checked, vampires were killers who drank blood and turned to ash in the sunlight...they're NOT supposed to sparkle in the sunlight like a freaking diamond. Now, I love vampire movies as much as the next guy, but I like movies that portray vampires to be intellectual beings who methodically kill they're pray, who are supposed to be humans, not rabbits and dogs. Vampires are not "vegatarians," so to speak, regardless of what "The Vampire Diaries," and Twilight would have people believe. Vampires are blood thirsty beings and, while I do enjoy movies like "Interview with the Vampire," and "Queen of the Damned," who portray vampires to be sophisticated, vampires are not supposed to fall in love with anti-social teenage girls. They typically eat them. Some people may argue, "Well, how can you like intelectual vampires and hate love-struck vampires, because they're either mindless killers or hopeless romantics." I disagree. Plenty of people are smart, but they don't let their feelings take themselves over. And that's people I'm talking about. Vampires have had hundreds, or even thousands of years to hone their skills to improve their intellegence. Eventually feelings become numb. At least that's my opinion.

Silly, Edward isn't really a vampire. He's just a fairy covering up as a vampire because he's too disgusted about what he really is. Oops i just blew his cover my bad
