CONFUSION OF THE HEART

Hello, good-by,
Whats to say
Love I lost;
This very day.
Does she care
Maybe she does,
Why don’t she show
Warmth of her love.
Confusion of the heart,
Don’t know where to turn;
Is she so afraid
That she’ll get burned.
Feelings true,
From my heart
Words in my head,
Where do I start.
Say I love you
Want you so much
Words on the phone,
Is never enough.
Your sight,
Lovely smile,
Wish you could stay
Just for awhile.
To hold you,
And love you so dear
What is it
That you fear.
Another caring heart
Without a care;
What is it
You want to share.
Your hopes,
Your dreams;
Foolishness
As it seems.
Tell me you love me
Tell me you care,
The nights were alone
And love we share.
Miss you,
Why do you stay away,
The feelings I share
On this very day.
Your gentle lips
Sweet, sweet caress
What can I say,
My Love I confess.

ERONES’ TRILOGY, CHAPTER II

Times Read: 584
Erone’ sits and ponders,
And looks to the stars;
His mind does race,
Wonders how Tess are.
He breaks the silence,
With low mournful howl;
Can she hear it?
What he wants to tell.
A story of love,
Brought with hurt;
Mistrust and tears,
Will Tess desert?
Two lost souls,
Brought together as one;
A love only in dreams,
When is all said and done.
She was an others,
Him strong and true;
No romance they had,
Tess was so blue.
Her life was empty,
Like a harp, with no strings;
How did she survive?
Maybe hopes and dreams.
Tess had everything,
Everything she wants;
Something is missing,
Why does it taunt
Then arrived Erone’,
Mysterious and bold;
Sleek and tender,
Things yet told.
He spoke from his heart,
His spirit and soul;
The love he gave,
Strong and bold.
He spoke of dreams,
Of him and Tess;
He wanted to hear,
The word of yes.
Then came the day,
When all was out;
Filled with hurt,
Tears and shouts
Tess in tears,
Her mate with guilt;
Her home in ruins,
True feelings spilt.
Erone’ was
Hurt and lost;
Where was her heart?
What could he do?
Let her be,
To make her choice;
For whatever came,
He could not voice.
Fears and worries,
Filled his being;
Words Tess said,
Was not all he was seeing?
Tess full of guilt,
Hurt and confused;
Was her love for Erone’,
Strong enough to prove.
What her heart did feel,
And dreams she dreamed;
Could time ever tell,
Long off it seemed.
She has made her choice,
Erone’ does sense;
What could he do?
His life felt spent.
When time does come,
To that very day;
He knows Tess’s love,
Will have faded away.
Her mate showed,
Worth and compassion;
But was it true,
Or maybe ever lasting.
Erone’ bowed his head,
With mournful howl;
One more chapter,
Could he ever tell...!
