I've started a new journal I've posted this before but deleted it I wanted it in my journal again, and I hope it can be a reasource for the community.

FEED FORMULAS IN CASE OF BLOOD SHORTAGE OR LACK OF BLOOD

Basic Formula

10 shakes ginger in 2 cups water 2 tspns sugar

10 shakes cinnamon 2 cups water etc

Basic Formula 2

1-2 tspns olive oil in 2 cups water 4 teaspoon of sugar


Formula 2


1 glass Red wine, 1/2 teaspoon veg glycerin, 1/4 teaspoon basil, cinnamon. Little water


Try with Pellegrino too


Formula 3


Red wine or white wine with tea any type of tea green black oolong white with veg glycerine

1 cup wine to 1 cup tea 1/2 tspn veg glycerin, sweeten to taste


Formula 4


Grape seed oil and tea with veg glycerin or sugar

1 cup of tea 1 tspn grape seed oil veg glycerin, sweeten to taste


Tea Benefits


Green tea- circulation liver heart


Black tea- heart and bones


Oolong tea- everything and fat metabolism. Just a little if your not overweight.

FORMULA 5

Anything grape and olive

Anything coconut and lime or lemon

FORMULA 6 for all you ethnic vampires and Italian food lovers

2 cups tomato juice 1/4 teaspoon basil and 5 shakes or more of cinnamon and few pinches of sea salt

You can use oregano too but Iike mine smooth




Juice formulas


Apple juice with ginger and cinnamon 

Pomegranate juice with cinnamon

Pomegranate juice orange juice

Grape juice and orange juice

Apple juice and orange juice

Try heating till boil with a little water then cool in fridge

Or heating to 98° and measuring with lazer thermometer.

Apple juice with citrus and veg glycerin


This is the most powerful of the juice formulas

Grapefruit and orange juice 1/2 cup of each with 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. Pace yourself in shots.


HOW TO PRESERVE BLOOD

USE STERILIZED CONTAINERS AND UTENSILS

chlorox water or 1/4 cup Clorox in 2 cups water

1/4 cup alcohol to regular sized bag whiskey rum vodka etc.

5 teaspoons glycerin or veg glycerin & sea salt, three 1/4 teaspoons

All to a regular blood bag

mix together with sterilized utensils mix into blood put into sterilized container
