I have a confession to make. Late this night I was driving home with my windows down. It is a cool night and I thought I'd take full advantage of that. I had my driver side window down while my passenger side window was up. Going down the road about 3 miles away from my house something flys into my window. I didnt know what it was until it started flapping around. Now, mind you, this was around 930 at night so birds are not out. It was a bat. I adore bats, I believe they are as beautiful as they are mysterious.



What happened was...it came through my window, landed on the back seat, tried to go through the passenger side window, which was closed, and crushed it's skull. I was so upset by it but I kept driving home. I had my father go out and get it because I couldnt bare to look at the poor thing. I felt horrible, still do. So that is my confession. I have witnessed an accidentile suicide. May the bat forever fly in peace!
