Oh my devotion ends in woe,

I tell all, went through all to be here,

And what is my thanks? To get shit,

What happened to the place I loved?

There used to be only my kind,

it was simple and right,

Now there is a lot of "families" here--

lovers, kids and parents,

Go, this is the site for vampires,

it is hard enough,

weeding through the norms in real life,

This used to be the only place I could find my kind,

Now not even a site intended for that purpose holds my kind

It is not so bad not having a lover,

But to be split from your fellow kin?

How does the phrase go? "You may not always have your spouse, but you will always have your family."

I simply want my kind, not a lover,

But alas, I have not none!
