1 cup flour
1tps. tumeric
1tsp. ground ginger
1tsp. cumin
1tsp. pepper
1tsp. ground garlic
1tsp. curry powder
2 chicken breasts
1/4 cup ghee (or unsalted butter)
mix all dry ingredients in a bag, add chicken and shake untill well coated.
over med. heat melt ghee or butter in shallow frying pan.
Pan fry chicken turning often untill completely cooked.
