makes my heart race

as you chastise and scold

with a smile on your face



Never breaking or moving

From the ground on which you stand

Holding close to your heart

Your whole life, all your plans



I push and I pull

with all my strength, all my might

Trying to make you see

Doesnt this feel right?



How my heart beats

and how my hands shake

as I listen to your voice

hearing mine quake



I want so very much

And oh yes how I want it all

oh wont you please listen

Dont you hear me at all?
