Self harm is a very serious issue. There are too many people that either promote it, or dont understand it. Self harm is a temporary solution which often leads to the permanent one... Suicide. With the pain of cutting, burning, scratching, etc. comes shame and regret. If you think about this logically you would know theirs no point in it. To people who hurt themselves to feel better it helps them in a way certain people can understand. What does this often lead to? A depressed and alone human being stuck in a Psychiatric Facility, wanting to end their life. If someone needs help, HELP THEM, before its too late.
