A little home experiment to be conducted...begun 6 hours ago. Along with a Peanut Butter, marshmallow cream, and summer sausage Sandwich. And Orange Drink of course =] I will attempt to stay awake the night and following day. Only for a couple of days out of the week. Which would be 2-3 extra days during the week to do more things. Not the brightest ideas... I know. For experimentation purpose only. I read somewhere a little while ago Higher states of counscienceness can be achieved. As well as meditation, relaxation, and full awareness. Sure it may lead to Diabetes type 2, Parkinson's Disease, hypertension, and a little more stress. I'm ready to handle that. It's not like I'm caged up and being poked with a poking utensil by some scientists every time I begin to sleep. Ultimately leading to death. Poor lab-rats.



Da Vinci sleep, or polyphasic sleep, is taking 30-40 minute long intervals to sleep during a 24 hour period. Very interesting topics. Willing to try as well, but at another date. I feel as though I'm more...how should I say..."myself" during the day. The way I want to act by the conscious. When the thought is surfaced I do not act nor let the thought simply flow to be. So far I have gotten alot more done around the house until I get a job. Like....browsing jobs/ Getting the house clean. balancing out my wants and needs in life, choosing the right courses at G-Tech, exercising, catching up some reading, and planning out goals. I wish to not sleep my life away. Which I have been doing a lot lately as well as before. 13 hours of sleep? Forget that. That's too much. I don't hear alarm clocks anymore. Life is so precious and I want to live and be awake for a good percentile of my existence. =] This trial will only last for a good 2-3 weeks.
