The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

I had an interesting experience at the grocery store today.

Was he crazy? Was he really a Shaman turned Presbyterian with a special message just for me? Well I decided being a couple minutes late to work was worth finding out...

We made eye contact while entering the store, at least I think we made eye contact. It was one of those moments where you consciously notice someone and know they noticed you too. He found me on an aisle soon after and said something very quiet to me. After asking him to repeat himself twice I could make out one word, "invitation". He was nervous and quiet. The invitation was to a Presbyterian church service. I would have just shut him down right there and gone back about my business but something more was going on here.

That is when he said that he used to be a Native American Shaman and thought that he had known God and been doing God's work but there are spirits all around us and they aren't always true spirits. He said that we can receive messages and energy that aren't meant for us or are from malevolent forces wearing masks. Still, none of this is very shocking from someone trying to convert me in front of the coconut oil. What DID catch my attention was when he started on about how he didn't know much about Paganism or the Occult, or who my particular deities are but he felt I was being drawn to the wrong spirits. He said we are more likely to be drawn to the wrong spirits while hurting. He said he had no control over what God tries to say to people through him, he just chooses them and the words. He talked about passing through a spirit realm and now he could see and hear them and was worried about me...and of course just really wants to see me attend at least one Presbyterian service.

So what about me, running errands on my way to work screams either Pagan or spiritually broken? I actually am curious...my work clothes would have been no inclination towards my Satanic ways, goth obsession or disdain for any version of the Christian God.

God is a sore subject for me, my Christian upbringing and PTSD are all too entwined.

I am however open to and at least curious about any and all spiritual messages from any spirit or realm. And yes I have been hurting. I often wonder if strangers can see it all over my face, how close the last year got to breaking me?

Who was this guy and was there actually a deeper message here other than I need to become a Presbyterian...because NO.

Sometimes people show up when you need to know your not alone, none of us are i on this little place we call planet Earth, Doesn't matter what faith base he was when a spirit or divine has a message it's going to pick someone you're going to notice and pay attention to the words, as you did now it's your message to understand, you'll get the answers the message was conveying sooner or later.
