How does one approach a person they have hurt and be able to make up for hurting them, even if it wasn't intentional?

Just tell the person you need to speak to them. Then be honest with them. have your amends be sincere then just give it time after you talk to them. That is all you can do. Be sure when you go to make things right talk about you, I made a mistake.. I want to apologize... I will work on myself to not repeat this behavior again... own up. This normally always works for me. Then let it go because you have done the right thing.

At one stage I never thought I'd return. as it is, I'm here for only one person cause I didn't realise I'd hurt that person so I'm back to hopefully make amends
