Been starting to try to walk at three miles extra at least three times a week and as I adjust I will add more miles as I can handle.
It’s hard with my joints the way they are.
Been meditating with hemp CBD oil to help with the pain. Just something I need to do for myself.
Just going to let my body tell me what I can handle though.
Maybe eventually I can do more days a week. I did run a bit at the end of this week to try to get some cardio. My goal then will be to try to run at least a whole mile.
The moon is peaking out from behind the clouds. The temperature outside is just right.
Been in heavy thought about some things making certain decisions that I hope will turn out to work for my benefit.
Some of those things have a almost fine line to them. Grey areas I usually stay away from those types of things I won’t go into details here too many nosy people who don’t have all the facts and are full of opinions.

I have been doing a lot of cleansing in areas of my life to keep things peaceful.
