I try to get the thoughts out, then that darker part wants to come out with vengeance. Do I let that side out? I've been so closed down. I know, I'm a drama queen. Does Anybody Really Fall In Love Anymore

We have replaced 3 air conditioners in our house this month. All are energy savers, at a price under 200 on sale. It's important to have a well-maintained air conditioner when it gets extremely Hot and humid here in the summertime. I tell you what, there is always something to fix or replace in a house over 100 years old. The landlords couldn't care less, so we put the money into the repairs. The next project is painting the kitchen and bathroom this summer. They love it when we improve on the place, flipping homes for over 20 years helps. I miss those days, it seems we always found a historical home to bring back to life. We have flipped homes from Oregon to California, it was a family project for a while.
