The beast looked at me as if the thing wanted to attack then it looked at Alex and smiled and ran towards me in rage. It looked straight at me and stopped dead in it's tracks and looked at me.

I looked at the monster and asked "What's your problem why do you keep stopping and looking at me like you know me or something?


In that moment right before my eyes I seen the monster shapeshift in front of me and to my surprise it was my father his name is Allen

"Wait a second dad what the fuck I thought you were dead or just missing" said Kathrine

"Well I was dead until this women rescued me and brought me back to life and now I'm a as you say monster which I'm actually a shape shifter and I wanted to surprise you but then I smelled a dirty blood sucker right along with your scent" said Allen

"Excuse me dad but that blood sucker your talking about is my boyfriend and we go where the other ones goes we have to follow each other to be safe, Don't you want me to be safe actually you know what you haven't been in my life since I was 5 years old because you decided to run off with some younger chick and left me and mom high and dry for years we lost the house and everything because of you so I don't really think I need your help with anything right now but when I do need your help you better be there" said Kathrine

Allen looked at his daughter in shock but he knew she was telling the truth about everything as he looked at Kathrine and started to say something another monster came out the woods and started to attack Alex until I screamed at it then it started to attack me until my dad shapeshifted and told the other one to stop attacking us that I was his daughter and Alex was my boyfriend then I seen a beautiful women appear in front of me and I couldn't keep my eyes off of her

What are you doing here Alyssa I thought I told you to stay back until I said it was okay to come out and you had no right attacking my daughters boyfriend let alone attacking my daughter when you knew she's my daughter" said Allen

I thought you were in danger my love so I did what I thought was best because I heard screaming in the distance and I thought it was you guys fighting or something" said Alyssa

I didn't hear screaming where exactly. Where you when you heard the screaming at Alyssa? asked Allen

All the sudden we all heard screaming getting closer and closer to us so we hid and stopped talking till I seen who it was screaming as the women ran past I tripped her an dragged her in the hole where we all were hiding as soon I got to her I covered her mouth so whatever it was that was chasing her and or trying to kill her wouldn't hear or see or even sense her at all.

I grabbed the women's face to see if I knew her and sure I did It was my mother who I haven't seen in two years, I wanted to hug her so bad but she smelled so bad like she had crawled through a drain or something. We waited for hours for what ever was looking for her to pass so we could rush home with everyone.

The time passed and there was nothing to be seen for miles and it wouldn't take us no time to get home so we rushed home to safety. We got in the door and my mom who's name was Christina had fainted in the hall way after a long day of exciting day of running from what ever was chasing her. So Alex carried her to the top floor room where it looked like the hospital.

I ran upstairs and got to her room and sat next to her till she woke up and realized who I was and she screamed with excitement and got out of bed and jumped on me to give me a hug

Oh my god Kathrine how are you, are you hurt, has this man hurt you?" asked Christina

I looked at her and started crying and said " No momma I'm fine and no Alex didn't hurt me he's my boyfriend momma we're all fine and oh dad and his chick is here he found us in the woods where we found you running from what ever was chasing you" said Kathrine

My mother looked over at Alex and said " If you ever hurt my daughter in any way shape or form I will hunt you down and make you suffer and that's not a threat that's a promise" said Christina

Alex looked at my mother and said " Ma'am I will not hurt your daughter the thing I will do is protect her with my life and soul I promise you that ma'am" said Alex

My mom looked at Alex again and said " Good you better that's my baby girl and I will kill for her, I know I haven't been around for two years but the truth is I was locked up in a lab and getting tests done on me and experiments so I don't know what I'll turn out to be so I want you guys to lock me in the cellar behind the steal door the put up down there 198 years ago yes I've known about this house for years I've always wanted to buy from the people who owned it but now that I know who owns it I can trust you guys to lock me in the cellar" said Christina

Alex looked at me and said " Babe I'm going to need your help lock your mom in the cellar and then we can meet up in the bedroom as he winked" said Alex

I looked at Alex and smiled and started to help him with mom because we had to sedate her so she wakes up in the cellar.

We just got to the door of the cellar and we heard a bang on the front door and me and Alex stopped and looked at each other and looked at the door and ran down stairs and put my mother in the steal padded room and ran back up stairs and Alex answered the door I had to hide behind the bedroom door on the main floor and catch my breath.

When Alex answered the door he seen a tall skinny man standing there in a suit, Alex looked at the man and asked him to state his business and the man looked at Alex and said " Good morning kind sir how are you today I'm with the CIA. I was wondering if you seen this women?" Asked the man

I came from behind the door and asked what was going on and I seen my mothers picture and I looked at the man and said " No we haven't we don't go anywhere we're more homebodies" said Kathrine

The man looked at both me and Alex and said " Then that'll be all I hope a great couple like you both have a lovely evening" said the man

We waited for him to get in his car and leave as we closed the door we looked at each other and said we have to get mom out of here I think they followed her or whatever was chasing her to our house because I'm sure no one in this state or town knows that Christina is my mother

I told Alex to go down stairs and check on mom and see if she's awake yet cause if I go down there I'll end up letting her out.

As Alex headed to the door we both heard growing and panting and whimpering like there was an animal down there so Alex grabbed his gun and headed down stairs but only I was behind him the whole time because I wanted to see if it was my mom that shapeshifted or not.

We got to the door and I was just tall enough to look in the room and what I seen was a nightmare all I seen was blood everywhere on the walls and the celling, I looked around the room and I seen my mom laying there panting and whimpering still in the form shapeshifted to, I was worried about her so I unlocked the door and went to her and held her tightly I seen her look at me and smile at that moment she got back to her normal self and stood up and hugged me tightly and said " Kathrine you have to listen to me if a man comes to the door you haven't seen or heard for me because most likely they followed us here" Said Christina

I looked at her and said " The man already came here looking for you and we already told him we haven't seen or heard from you" said Kathrine

The next day there was someone knocking on the door that woke me up so I went down stairs to look through the peep hole and it was Xander a bloody mess so I went back up stairs to get Alex to go get the door because his brother was at the in a bloody mess.

I went to Alex's side of the bed and said " Alex your brother is here in a bloody mess and you need to go help him I don't know what happened to him"

Alex woke up and looked at me and seen I was terrified and said " Babe what happened is my brother okay you didn't let him in did you?"

I looked at him and said "No I didn't let him that's your job he looked scared or something so I didn't let him in because I didn't know what was going to happen, So I came up here to wake you up and let you know"

This time the knock was more aggressive and scary so Alex jumped out of bed and ran down stairs but turned around and looked at me and said "Stay up here just in case he is on a rampage again cause last time he tried to hurt my friend Lilly"

I did what he asked me to I stayed up stairs until he said it was okay which took an hour and half to say because it sounded like Xander was on a rampage.

Alex had finally called me down stairs because he had finally got Xander his brother calmed down.

When I got down stairs Xander kept looking at me like I was dinner or something and I wasn't having it so I looked at Xander and said " You know you can stop looking at me like I'm dinner or something because I'm not dinner or whatever you think I am so please stop looking at me like that"

Xander looked at Alex and said "She's mine tonight and you can't stop me because if you try to stop me I will kill you I don't care if your my brother or not"

Alex looked at me and said "You're staying with me again tonight I'm not going to let my brother get you ever I know what he is wanting to do and he can't because we have already connected like that what he's wanting to do is have you all to himself'

I looked at Alex and thought why are you protecting me like this do you like me that much or something because I like you as much as you like me.

I looked at Alex once again and said " No I will not let this stand he will not take advantage of me like this if you don't do something with your brother then I will I know how to defend myself against vampires"

Xander looked at me and said " Oh little Kathrine going to try to stand in your way of me trying to get to you, you really think that's going to work, don't worry your pretty little head Alex I won't hurt Kathrine to bad she'll still love you as you can see she wants nothing to do with me but I myself want everything she's got."

Alex got close to Xander and said "Xander you touch her and I will end you where you stand no doubt about that plus if you touch her in any way I will know because you see me and Kathrine are already connected in that way because you see me and Kathrine had already made each other feel good inside and out"

I looked at Alex and thought, Alex is doing everything in his power to piss Xander off and it's working, I however loving every second of it, Then again I was in love with Alex.

Xander looked at me disappointed as if I were made to be with him instead of Alex his brother when really I wasn't made to be with neither of them I was just born into this world and I wasn't ready for what was about to happen to me.

Xander came running towards me as if he were about to attack me or something and I wasn't ready for but Alex was and he beat him to me at least I can count on Alex for something, but I wasn't ready for what Alex did, I almost had a chance to look at Alex before he bit me but then in that moment I realized I had no chance to fight neither one of them off.

As I fell to the floor Alex had realized what he had done and he was ready to save me with all that he had in him, honestly I was ready for a change but I didn't realize it was coming that soon and I was ready to be with Alex forever.

Alex looked at me with sadness in his eyes like he knew what he did was wrong but he had to do it to save me from his brother so Xander wouldn't get to me first, In that moment my whole body was burning like it was on fire or something and I was ready to get back up and start fighting Xander for what he made his brother do, I realized it didn't happen the way I wanted it to my body wasn't ready for me to get up and fight yet it wasn't strong enough yet.

I looked at Xander and said " I will kill you when I get strong enough and I will make sure you die slower then you did the first time you died to become what you, I will make sure you won't die in peace this time, I will personally be there when your looking up at me for help and I'm here to tell you I won't help you because you don't deserve the help"

Alex kicked Xander out after I was done speaking to him and I was ready for bed so I can be healed up for the big fight tomorrow, Cause no matter what Alex said I was going to fight his brother tomorrow cause I know I'll be healed back up in the morning.

The next morning I felt like a new person I ran to Alex's side on the bed and I jumped on him to get him to wake up, I felt so much better, he had finally woken up and I told him the good news and how I felt and everything was great until we heard banging on the front door again like yesterday, I already knew it was Xander.

Alex looked at me cause he heard it too so we both ran as fast as we could to the door only to find it was my mother we looked in the peep hole before we opened the door, Alex looked at me and said "go to the bedroom and lay in bed and I'll tell her your sick and hopefully she'll go away"

So I went back up stairs as fast as I could before he opened the door and I even heard him tell my mother I was sick and not really wanting to see anyone.

My mother looked at him and said "Well I'm her mother and weather she likes it or not I'm going to the room to see her you do realize I Haven't seen my daughter since her 26th birthday"

Alex looked at her and asked her name, and my mother looked at him and said "My name is Faye that's Miss's Faye to you"

I wanted to jump out of bed when I heard her rushing up the stairs, I heard foot steps to the door and then they stopped and I held my breath hoping she would see that I'm sick and she'd go away but that didn't happen at all I seen the door bust open and I heard my mother say "Oh my poor baby girl is sick again, you know the last time you were this sick we had to rush you to the the hospital"

I woke up looking sick as hell and looked at my mother and said "Yes mother I'm sick and I just wanted to be left alone that why Alex hasn't even been up here to check on me unless I call for him, How ever I am glad you came"

I looked at her and I felt the strong urge to attack her to attack my own mother would be against my own rules so I kindly asked my mother to leave that I was tired and wanted to go back to bed, I looked at Alex and he knew what was about to happen and he quickly got my mother out of the house.

Alex came back up stairs but when he was half way up the stairs there was a banging on the door and it wasn't my mother, It was a man it was Xander Alex opened the door and Xander came in freaking out that he remembers last night and he kepxt apologizing to Alex and then I came down stairs and seen how terrified Xander was in that moment I didn't want to fight this Xander I wanted to fight the different Xander the Xander that wasn't scared shitless of me because of what I said or done to him.

Xander got close up to me and asked "Did you really want to fight me Kathrine, Do you really want to hurt me that bad?"

I looked at his face and just started crying and said " No I don't want to hurt you and I don't wanna kill you but the next time you come in here all billy bad ass I will knock you the hell out where you stand and then I will tie you up and put wolvesvain in your blood stream are we clear?"

Xander looked at me and nodded as if he understood and then as he left he looked at me once more and said "I'm so sorry for anything I did or may do and oh you may want to check on your mother her car is still here there's someone in it but I can't tell if it's your mother or not"

I grabbed Xanders arm and said " I swear on my life if you did anything to hurt my mother before you came in this house I will come back in here and kill you with my bear hands."

I looked at Alex and told him to keep Xander in here while I go check on my mother, I opened the door and went outside and went to her car to see if she was okay well she was fine but she had passed out from the heat and yelled for Xander and Alex to come help me get my mother in side, They both came running and help me get my mother in side the house and up stairs to the guest room.

The next morning I went to her room to see how she was doing all I seen was her laying there pale as they come she was ice cold I ran over to her I screamed for Alex he came running in with adrenaline syringe and stuck it in her chest and that didn't work so I took her arm and bit her wrists and that didn't work so we left her in the room for a while.

It's now been 4 months since I last checked on my mother I have been hearing noises from her room for a while but I was to scared to go in there, I went to mine and Alex's room and I got my phone out and texted Alex and asked " Will you go in the guest room and check on mother to see if she's okay I keep hearing noises from in there but I'm to scared to go in there?"

An hour later I got a reply from Alex and he said " Sure babe anything for you I just walked in the door so I'll be up there soon and what kind of noises did you hear in the room mother is in?"

I replied back "Okay thanks sweet cheeks and they were really horrifying noises like growling nd hissing"

I heard Alex running up the stairs after he got the last text from me and came and got the key to the guest bedroom and went to unlock it but first he looked in the key hole to see what was going on in there, Alex couldn't believe what he was seeing but the zombies were climbing up the wall to get to her mother and her mother was fighting them off one by one, Alex ran back to the room and whispered we've got to help your mother the zombies climbed up the wall just to get to your mother we've got to go NOW"

As soon as he said the out room door busted down it was my mother and she looked at me and said "Hey my sweet baby girl are you ready to help momma kick some zombie ass?", Then she looked at Alex and said oh sweet boy you're so lucky to have my daughter by your side"

Me and Alex both looked at each other and said at the same time "She's ten years younger she looks like me I mean I look like her, We laughed it off and said fuck it lets go"

So we went outside and started fighting right away they were coming at us from every angle and I could tell we were not ready for this fight till Xander jumped in and started fighting with us, I looked at Alex and my mother and we all shrugged our shoulders and kept fighting.

The next day we all woke up outside and all the zombies were dead and we were alive and I felt I amazing and then I looked over and seen Alex was hurt so I rushed over to him and I seen he was bitten by a zombie and it was a bad bite I yelled for Xander to come and help me get Alex to the house and get a doctor out here to help him not a normal doctor one of our doctors.

While we waited for the doctor and I tried to keep Alex from bleeding out I was terrified that he would die on me tonight but thankfully the doctor finally showed up and fixed Alex right up it was like he was a brand new man but still the man I love.

A month or so went by and Alex got better of course over time he got way better and he was ready to fight whoever sent the zombies or whoever made them act this way, We haven't had any trouble since that night but I really do not want to jinx it because all the fight in me I used it all that night I'm still not recovered all the way my strength isn't well enough yet.

We had finally went to bed that night or at least I finally went to bed because I was so worn out from fight just from that one night, I don't know what to do or how to feel, but at least Alex is doing a lot better then me right now I don't even remember the last time I fed if I ever fed hell I don't remember at all.

The next morning I had to crawl to Alex's side of the bed I felt like crap and couldn't move at all but I could crawl which didn't make any sense to me at all, I got to his side of the bed and I slapped him to wake him and of course he said what the hell was that for then he seen I couldn't walk or anything I could crawl but that was about it for me I fell back to the floor and passed out and didn't wake up till five days later and I was in the bedroom with the doctor beside me and he looked at me like he was worried about me.

He looked at Alex and said "She needs to feed now or she'll die she hasn't fed since she was turned and now she's sicker then a dog so she needs to feed now"

Alex looked at me and said "I'm sorry babe but you've got to feed now I don't want to lose you, you're all I have besides Xander but I'm closer to you then I was ever was to him, I know it sounds crazy but I do love you and I don't want to lose you because your to stubborn to fed because you've never fed on a human but you'll feed on animals which I should remind you that you love animals so much you don't really want to hurt them so please listen to me and just feed on a human please babe"


I looked at Alex and started crying because I never knew how much he cared about me in that way but I did agree to go feed on a human to see if it'll help if it doesn't help there's got to be something else wrong with me and we won't be able to figure it because we won't be able to go to the hospital because if they take my temputure and they see that it's low enough for me to be dead they won't treat me

I looked at Alex and said " Fine I'll feed on a human I just can't go to them to feed the human has to be brought here at our house because no one will hear them scream and we don't need to be to some what alive I need them fully alive and then when I'm done I will dispose of the body"

Alex looked at me and said "Thank you babe I need to stay alive for me like I said I can't lose you"

In 1984 there was a war between humans and vampire it effected the whole town and in hiding was a young girl in her teens named Kathrine trying her best to stay quite but it didn't work she sneezed and she heard a loud growl coming from above her and all the sudden the floor was ripped up and Kathrine was taken by a vampire but he was in his teens from the looks of him he was the same age as Kathrine.

Kathrine looked around frightened and terrified she screams and the young vampire come down from above and covers her mouth and says "Shh if you stop screaming i can help you get out of here just be quite, what's your name?"

Kathrine looked at him and said "Why should i tell you my name and why would help me out of here you're one of those things"

The young man looked at Kathrine and said "Look all i start my name is Alexander and yes i am one of them but I'm not like them i wanna help you people not kill you, I don't want to kill at all so if you could please help me by helping you"

Kathrine looked at Alexander and smiled and said " Well my name is Kathrine and i wanna run away from here with you.

He looked at Kathrine and smiled and said "You want to run away with me a vampire why?" As he looked at her his eyes gazed upon her necklace and he thought out loud and said "Holy shit you're her daughter you Christina's daughter I told your mother once I found you I would keep you safe."

Kathrine stared at him for a while watching him smile and thought to her self he has the most beautiful smile I've ever seen. She started smiling out of the blue the Alexander managed to look over and catch Kathrine smiling when she noticed and she stopped smiling and shyly looked down with her now not smiling cheeks bright red.

Kathrine was starting to get tired so her and Alexander stopped for the night because they both needed sleep even though he is a vampire he sleeps at night. Alexander couldn't sleep so he just stayed up and made sure Kathrine was okay and asleep.

The next morning Kathrine woke up to a horrifying scene outside the loft, It was the other vampires coming for me and Alexander for what reason I'll never know. Alexander yelled for Kathrine and when Kathrine hears the pain in his yell Kathrine rushed outside and to no surprise the other vampires were trying to kill Alexander Kathrine ran out there and got in the middle of the fight that was already at it's peak end I stopped it at the right time. They dropped Alexander at my feet and Kathrine started to pick him up but his breath turned her into Jell-O.

Alexander looked at Kathrine and asked if she was okay and if she needed to lay down for a bit?

Katherine looked at Alexander and said "I think I'll be okay I think I just, I'm going to faint Alexander help me I'm fainting. Looking at Alexander and passing In and out.

Alexander catches Kathrine before she could bash her head on the concrete. I looked at Alexander and asked what happened to me and he said " You was about to hit my head off the concrete really hard cause I was falling from a distance and when I looked over you were almost hitting the ground and I caught you at the right time"

Well my head does really hurt like I hit it or something, I looked over to what seemed to be a dead man laying in the corner of the room of the boat. So I asked Alexander "Who is that man over there that seems to be dead?"

He looked at me and laughed and said " No he's not dead he's sleeping and that is my brother Xander he'll be awake shortly so you can meet him"

As soon as I said "Well when is he going to wake?" Xander looked up at me and said "Well hello miss Kathrine I heard a lot about you from my brother Alexander"

I looked at Alexander and asked " You've been talking about me to your brother and told him what?"

I looked at Xander and asked "What did Alexander tell you about me?"

Xander looked at me and said "Well he said you're beautiful and smart and caring and kind"

Looking at Alexander in awe I smiled at him and he saw me smiling at him and said "What it's true and you are beautiful and caring, kind.

It's almost like Alexander can read my mind and everything I'm thinking at the moment, I've never seen Alexander so in lightened about my thought then I never knew him I do not think I know him.

I wanted to ask him if I knew him but I wanted to wait for him to show me like he did before I hit my head. Alex looked at me and said "You know you can just tell me what you're thinking instead of making me feel weird cause you like it when I stare at you.

I looked at Alex in disbelief and said " I do not just sit with you on my mind"

which he could totally tell I'm lying and he started to laugh at me and said "I can tell you everything you are thinking but I highly doubt you want me to do that now do you?"

Alex leaned over and started to whisper in my ear "I know everything you are thinking right now"

Not going to lie I blushed a little bit but I knew he was serious the tone of his voice and his actions spoke louder then his words.

That night I was having a dream about Alex and it was very sexual and intense. I woke up in a sweat I looked over and Alex was sitting there with his shirt off just looking at me like he was maul me to death or something I don't know what was going though his head at the moment till he leaned over and started kissing and touching me all over I whispered in his ear "We can't do this your brother is here and we don't know if he's actually asleep or not"

Alex looked at me and whispered back " I don't really care I want you tonight right now, for the rest of my life"

I looked at Alex and smiled and whispered "Okay then have me for the rest of your life then I want that more then anything right now"

After a long night we woke up and Alex's brother was at the end of our bed and looking at us like we did something horrible.

Alex looked at his brother and asked "What is your deal creeper?"

Xander stared at Alex for a while like he was possessed or something then out of the blue he said "I'm sorry I don't know what's wrong with me today I feel weird today something just isn't right with me"

Later that day we kept hearing strange noises outside so I got and starting looking outside and found there were people taking apart our boat and everything out of the seat of the boat. I went outside and asked "What the hell are you doing to our boat?"

They all looked at me with blood coming out of their mouths and all looked at me said "She's the one who must die tonight to be with our master.

Ale came storming outside and demanded them to go away and they left but not without a fight first.

The night after that I had the worst dream that Alex died in the fight but when I woke up and he was still there next to me. He woke up and looked at me and asked "Is everything okay babe?"

I looked at Alex and started crying and said " I hate this life I wanna be like you I don't wanna die without you I don't wanna grow old without you I mean hell you don't even age anymore, Sorry babe I'm just in a mood"

Alex looked at me and said "Baby it's okay all of this is so much at once and it's driving you crazy I know but look at me and listen okay, When the time comes you will be like me but only if you're actually ready to become one of us"

I looked at Alex and said well what if I'm ready now what if I'm ready to be one of you now?"

Alex looked at me and said "Then we'll go to my place and spend the night or nights how ever long it takes okay babe"

I looked at Alex and smiled and asked "Are you actually going to do this cause if not I can wait for a while?"

Alex looked at me and said "If you want to become one of us yes I'll actually do it but you have to be sure it's what you want not what you need, I wanna be sure you're safe and not just taken care but safe"

I looked At Alex and said "Then let's go to your place now and spend a month there to make sure I'm ready"

The next day went by fast and I was impatiently waiting for us to go to Alex's place I'm so glad I'm not going to be on the boat with his brother anymore and be creeped out with his brother just standing at the foot of the bed.

The next day we got to shore and got in a car that took us to his beautiful house in the middle of nowhere I loved it I wanted to stay there forever and not leave there, It was so beautiful. Alex looked at me and asked "Are you ready to see your new home with me?" We stayed up all night and day unpacking into the house and having some fun if you know what I mean and it was amazing but on the down side the bed is broken.

Alex and I got in the car and got to the store to get a few things for dinner which honestly didn't know vampires could actually eat food and not die. I always thought if vampires ate human food they'd die or something but I was wrong they don't die or even get sick here I am thinking their like animals or something. I don't even know what to cook for dinner yet because I don't know what he likes or doesn't like yet. I want to ask him but i'm scared he'll be like take a guess or you should know my favorite foods by now.

The next day there was a knock at the door I went to go answer it and Alex stopped me before I could open the door he looked at me and said "Kathrine you don't want to open that door you'll see something you'll regret"

I wanted to open the door so bad just to see what was out there so I peaked through the peep hole and he was right I now regret seeing what I saw out there was rotted flesh and skin of the living dead I quickly ran upstairs to our bedroom and locked the door and said "Come get me when the living dead are actually dead dead"

Alex walking up the stairs laughing because I'm scared of getting killed by the living dead he came to the bedroom door and said " Babe it's going to be okay their not going to hurt you"

I got up close to the bedroom door and asked " So your telling me if we walk outside right now their not going to try to eat our faces off and that their just going to stand there like nothing is going on?"

Alex looked at me and started laughing and said " No their not going to try to eat you I have them compelled to do all the yard work at night so that the people that come by and look at the house don't freak out and try to kill them cause everyone I know is a hunter for them"

I looked at Alex and asked " Are you kidding me you have zombies working for you because why, their dangerous and they eat people and turn other people into zombies?"
