It's too bad.



It's just too bad you didn't realize what would have happened



until you already felt my knife cut into your ashen skin.





As your blood ran down your arm and dripped mechanically



off from your finger-tips, we look up to remember the first time



we were ever really happy.





With that we took off into the wilderness, to survive on love in life.



Without concern or woe ever again.





From here on out we walk the straight, afraid.





Trust was never an object, it was never a concern because it was never between us.



Ever.



And never will be.









If I was never here no one would have missed me.

There is no one who couldn't live without me.

What's a tragedy when a painter puts down his brush,



and says 'I give up'.



When a singer says 'it's not worth it, I quit'



When a writer turns off his computer



and vows to never speak another word of poetry.





If these things are passable



what is a tragedy?





What's a tragedy when an only son gives up his



passion of skateboarding for meth, because



he feels he's not worth it, when for



the time being he was near professional?





What's a tragedy when a widower loses his



last child to cancer then kills himself



due to the overwhelming loss?





What's a tragedy now, if those unspoken of



were only tragedy fifty years ago?





Nothing isn't normal now.



Everyone says to forget about it when we can't.





That, is a tragedy.



Bury yourself on the inside from everyone



and put yourself in denial of desire to change.





So you can be accepted.

Being with me right now might help your sorrow but it only makes mine worse.



I'm not saying it's all your fault but you sure had something to do with it.





But please...Don't leave me alone.



I can't stand up against myself



when I'm all alone.





I stand in the mirror next to your gorgeous face



it only reminds me of how beautiful you are and how



I never will be good enough for myself.





Sitting at my desk at night filling the void and darkness with



meaningless poems and stories makes me feel alive



because cutting leads to suicide which I think about too



much already.



Maybe if someone comes along who



can relate to me in the least I might feel whole



or at least have a chance to stop.





It's almost like you don't know



I won't care when you say



you're leaving



because I know you never loved me.





Shut up while you're behind my fist if you know what's good for me.





You know I'm well capable for turning your life into hell on earth, don't give me that chance if you value life after death.
