A warm evening lay under the sheets thinking about you before i fall asleep .... i close my eyes and drift of with a smile on my face ....... the moonlight streaming through the window onto my skin and the white sheet i am lay under. the house is silent as you unlock the door quietly and set your bags down in the hallway after a long flight home , you make your way to our bedroom and gently and quietly open the door to see me lay there asleep on my stomach you kick your shoes of and remove your jacket an throw it onto the chair next to the bed .... you walk over to the bed and stand at the end of it for a few minutes watching me sleep you get undressed and climb into bed beside me you gently take hold of my hip and kiss my back to wake me you whisper into my ear " baby im home " and run your fingers through my hair i come to and turn to see you beside me with a smile on my face i gently place my hand on your face, i can see every contour of your body in the moonlight , the touch of your soft skin on mine , your hair smells fresh , i pull you close to me so i can kiss you to feel your warm lips on mine ...... after weeks of being apart this feels so good to hold you .
