I sit forgotten and alone, overlooking where we once stood

In the spot where you left me where our love was in bloom

Its a view I think I'll see much longer than I should

I stand here as if I were an abandoned tomb



I echo inside with the words we used to share

I am held together still by the bonds we made

But I am being overgrown by the weeds of despair

And there are cracks forming in the foundation we laid



I stand a victim to the elements of time

Unable to move or to defend myself from what will come

Only left with the feelings I use to write this rhyme

And when I'm finished here there will be none



Soft winds sometimes whistle through me still

And I swear I can hear your voice calling to me

But I know that its just a dreams shuddering from the kill

Of those last few thoughts of what we thought we could be



Left to stand watch and yet fall apart as the years pass away

I stand forever in the spot where you took your love from me

Left here with only yesterdays and this is where I'll stay

I am the abandoned tomb of what we had and what could be.

i sit here drinking my tea

raw emotions won't let me be

Sorrow I see in the cup

hopelessly running like a pup.



Why is sorrow on my list?

As I sit here I get pissed.

Sorrow is an emotion I don't need

just like love, anger and greed.



Sorrow is in my cup but I don't stop

drinking for I would rather drop.

My emotions come out now and again,

it’s only fair this one leave the den.



I would offer you a seat to take

but sorrow could be just as bad as hate.

So leave shall you now, I show you the door

I wish I wasn’t such a bore.



Sorrow is where I am now

Please get up no need to bow,

Sorrow is what you see in me,

so drowned in my cup I will always be

I called him the sad dancer

He had a sickness something like cancer

I feel it in my heart and see it in his eyes

He doesn't care if he lives or dies

I wanted to be the one to who he would run

And live for a moment under his sun

I thought I could be a healer

Something like rain

But I could never feel or understand his pain

I said hold on I will help you cope

But he was not buying that shit called hope

In me he could never confide

But still I stayed hy his side

There's no such thing as a

Knight in shing armor

I could never protect him from the things That harm him

He said I could never make things right

But it would only be enough if I held him tonight

Only a girl but I felt his tears

Maybe just for one night he had no fears

At the end of my bed, he stands,

Darker then the shadows

Moonlight pulling his innocent face

From the darkness behind

What secrets hide behind his face?

Carved perfection like a mask

For all eternity in a minute passing

Our eyes locked in a stare

Deep within my chest

My heart beats in rhythm

Like a thousand drums

all the while

His eyes stare cold

Sparkling like set diamonds

he has me totally under his control

A hunger for lust burns within

Meanwhile his black silken robe

Flutters in the cool night breeze

From whence my entranced eyes

Break from his; to admire his body



My mind, a torrent, a sea of emotions

Shallow fear yet I'm strangely calm

he walks toward me

His beauty becoming

More apparent upon each step

But who is this mysterious stranger

Who graces my presence thus?

His hand runs down my face

I try to speak but his finger

Silences my words

"Hush, speak only with your heart"

The words fall from his mouth

In whispered tones

His touch feels cold as stone

As his arms wind round

My body like entwining ivy

His fingers run sensuously

Through my long hair

he stares into my eyes again

Looking deep within

To my mind and soul

His lips pout and glisten

In the moonlight

Oh how I want to kiss them

Passionately as his hands explore

In the black satin night sky

he licks the blood lusciously

From a wolves mouth

Rapidly it becomes apparent

That this angelic vision

That stood before me

In the darkness of my room

Is nothing more

Than an animal of the night

A predatory vampire with

An insatiable hunger for blood

Fear courses through my body

For my very own mortality

Death seems only

A matter of heartbeats away

This creature before me

Still so beautiful in his human form

Yet now adorned with a demon face

he looks at me with a calming smile

Let fall these words I speak to you

Listen and you will learn

"You are now a vampire like myself

A demon creature of this eternal night

You shall live forever"

His first intention was to kill me

And leave my blood-drained corpse behind

But his love for me prevailed.

Something deep inside of me

Unlocks my heart and sets me free

It lets my soul wander far

Not into light but into dark

From the grave I come alive

Out in the dark loathing night

Pressure builds inside of me

And sets me on a killing spree

This hatred in me burns so bad

To see me in this state is sad

But my fate ungodly set

The "Darkness" and I have clearly met

He grants me power, an eternal life

But for this, I pay a price

Foolishly i did agree

To be his queen for eternity
