Item(s):

1 - An alter, or anywhere with enough space.

2 - Candle(s), however many you wish to use really.

3 - One bottle of red wine.

4 - A chalice or cup, whichever is available to you.

5 - A lighter. (For the candles)

6 - A set of clothing you are comfortable dancing in.

7 - Soothing music so to keep you calm.

8 - A stone of dark color. (Or any available.)



Process:

Clean the space for the candles, then place them in a square or circle. Next place the chalice in the center. Light the candles, and store the lighter safely. Play the music and begin dancing. Watch the flames and vision the energy from them is filling the room. As this energy flows thickly, use it to dance and move. If the energy is too much try to make it form around your body instead. This can create a barrier for protection, and is not limited to just dancing. The dance is merely used for stimulation to manipulate the energy. Some work with energy better while dancing. For those that don't, try to pull the energy around you like a cloak. The goal here being that you will see if you can manipulate the energy, if not then practice makes perfect. The wine is to help relax the mind a little during this exercise. When you feel you've had enough, then pour the energy into the stone for safe keeping. Ground yourself afterwards and clean up.

If you do this with a partner, this can also be used to bring you together by means of the passionate energies fire sometimes brings. Just be careful how you use it, like with any energy.
