There is a technique that some Adepts in a very small denomination of the Malkorin Fhen, a semi-secret coven of all of the arts of witchcraft and preternatural phenomena, that now of a technique that I was lucky to be instructed in.



What you do is once a month on the full and new moons is sit in the dark with a cauldron or burning pot in front of you with dried sage, rosemary and dried rose petals burning in the pot. With your eyes closed, you see yourself sitting in front of the pot in the dark engulfed in blue and purple flames. Then, as if from your own eyes, you see a swirling silver wall and nothing else. In this wall you see the faint and very blurry reflection of a tall figure with dark extensions above the shoulders.



When you see this, you say "Only the Trusted may know my thoughts...", then you see yourself again engulfed in the dark fire, and cross your arms over your chest with the index finger curled to touch your thumb while the other fingers are extended. You say "Only the knowledge I seek shall flow to me...", and upon saying this, a black winged angel with hair the color of red fire appears before you with a sword made of white light made solid and taps both shoulders twice with the sword.



Once this is done, the flames and the angel disappear like mist in the wind slowly. At this point, you meditate deeply for fifteen minutes to a half hour and you are done.



After the first two or three times this is done, you'll notice that signs that show up before nightmares and other such problems in the night, and even the day no longer are present. This is a sign that means that the technique has begun to work.



This works for both men and women and has only failed once in the past two hundred years according to my knowledge.
