The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

So, I have been without a car since Wednesday, and have been fortunate enough to work with some awesome people. All are willing to pic me up and take me home as long as its at the time they are heading in anyway. ( I am not the type of person that willingly rely on others to provide transportation, I would rather walk than put somebody out of their way. However work is 16 miles away and walking is not really an option unless I want to get up at 2am to be to work by 9) So today I had to go to a Dr. appt in the morning and everyone was already at work by the time I was done there. So I broke down and asked a couple of the neighbors and they had schedules of their own. I figured I would ask one more neighbor and if they said NO i would have to call in and deal with the consequences of not making it to work and not meeting my deadlines. Much to my surprise the Step father of my friend/neighbor/babysitter hands over his keys and basically tells me "Just make sure you bring it back." WHAT?!? Are you sure? I questioned. He said yeah go ahead just be careful. This was the last person I would have expected to just hand over the keys and let me take his truck? Well I made it to work and didn't get fired (which would have been the consequence for not showing up today) met my deadline and made it home safely! I had almost lost hope and once again I was astounded by human nature!





I WAS REASSURED TODAY THERE ARE STILL DECENT PEOPLE OUT THERE..... MOST OF THE TIME WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
