I'm not too good with words, and I just made a stupid mistake, so this will be short until I have more time to work on it.
First, my heart is held by my beloved, my demon, my soul mate. I'm not here to look for others to cheat on him with, or to cyber with. I'm here for friends and intelligent conversations. I'm here to learn and to give what information I can.
Second, I'm not a vampire, and I'm not deluding myself into believing I'm a vampire. I know there are vampires, but not as many believe them to be. Yes, they have an aversion to sunlight. No, they do not burst into flames or, gods forbid, sparkle. I'll get more into that later.
Obviously not a Twilight fan.
Third, I'm not here to make enemies or start drama, so don't start it with me. I have enough to deal with at home and school. I don't need more.
Forth, don't preach. I won't tell you what to think, don't tell me I'm going to hell for not believing in a certain religion or its entity. I believe in my own belief. Reincarnation, Mother Earth, and the magick of nature. No, I'm not Wiccan, Pagan, or a Druid. I've found aspects of many religions I can agree on. I've found more that I can't. I believe the Buddist reincarnation and karma, a.k.a. the Wiccan Three Fold rule. I live by the Earth and her ways, allowing her magick and energy in my soul. No, I don't spell, curse, or perform any sort of magick. I believe the Satanists with providing for oneself, relying on self, and taking what you can. Don't like it, well, just try and understand. Even so, I'm not forcing you to talk to me.
I enjoy taking pictures of nature, books, music, movies, sex with my beloved, and making clay dragons (I'll post pictures later). I like a lot of underground music. Dismantled, :wumpscut:, Assemblege 23, Oomph, Within Temptation, Daft Punk, etc. are just a few of the many bands I like. Movies include most Marvel productions, Dark Horse, Watchmen, Sucker Punch, Tron: Legacy (no, I haven't seen the original Tron, but I'm hoping to soon), Prince of Darkness, The Lord of the Rings (yes, I read them), Amadeus, Repo! The Genetic Opera, things like that. Books are too numerous to name, but fantasy is an all time favorite, like Sherrilyn Kenyon, Anne Bishop (I recomend her Black Jewels Series to everyone), and Karen Marie Moning. Mythology is another favorite of mine. I am especially interested in Nordic, Greek, and Celtic mythology, though I know most about Nordic and Greek. I have a thing against Romans, and their mythology because they stole it from the Greeks (and I think I was Greek in a past life, but that's another story).
I love animals. Wolves and snakes especially. I want many different species of snakes when I have my own place, including a Columbian Red Tailed Tree Boa and a Lavender Retic.
I just got over my... *cough*... apprehension of spiders, specifically tarantulas. My boyfriend owns a 2 Chilean Rose Hairs - a male who's on the verge of his last molt, hopefully will survive, and a young female - a baby Avicularia Metallica or WhiteToe, and an Avicularia Avicularia or Pink Toe, an LP (Peruvian Blonde), a few others that I don't know the scientific name of but one is the Costa Rican Tiger Rump and the other Black and White something or another. Also, an adorable Aphonopelma sp (Flagstaff Orange) The Metallica is only as big as a thumbnail right now, but she's so cute- all a pink/orange color except for the toes and abdomen being black and starting to have brown hairs. She'll turn metallic blue/green when she's older. I can't wait. Though I have grown attached to his new female Rose Hair and the Aphonopelma. I, myself, have about 19 fish, not including ones outside of my personal tank. They're so funny though.
I currently am attending SC4 and a couple semesters shy of attaining my Associates degree. I hope to be out of this forsaken town by next fall. Though I'd love to take my clay class over and over.
I'm going for filming, but there is so much I want to learn outside of my profession. Latin, blacksmithing/swordsmithing, sword play, writing, clay throwing, ballroom dancing, archery, horseback riding, the list goes on! I wish I had enough time to learn it all. I think I've decided to go to Central Michigan University. Though a renowned party school, I think that it's the best choice. Just have to find out pet policies. I plan on taking my tank with me. And hopefully redoing it (gravel, plants, etc.) so that both I and my fish will enjoy it more.
Below are pictures of the species of fish I have. As soon as I can get mine to stay still long enough, I'll post my own instead. Top is an albino ancistrus (albino bristlenose), 6 rasbora heteromorpha (harlequin rasbora), 4 hemigrammus erythrozonus (glowlight tetra), 5 tanichthys albonubes (white cloud mountain minnows), 1 colisa chuna (Honey Dwarf Gourami), a female betta spenden, and 3 corydoras panda (Panda Cory). I had just lost one of my glowlights to nitrate poisoning and my Licorice Gourami (that I had for two days) to it jumping out of the tank. I want to get a green dragon ancistrus, a calico ancistrus, penguin tetras, parotocimclus jumbo (pit bull pleco), otosinclus, ember tetras, and many others. I want to eventually get a bigger tank ( I only have a ten gallon right now), and have it with live plants. I also think that my Dwarf Honey's are both female; however, since they are only about an inch right now, I have to wait and see what they do when they grow up a bit more. And unfortunately one just died, so I'll have to figure out if I get another or just let the other bond with the betta for a while.
The last two photos are one of me with my dad, brother, and soon to be step-mother at the Detroit Thanksgiving Day Parade (couple years old, but I haven't changed much, little thiner maybe), and one of my former dog, Maximillian. German Shepard, Husky mix, he was MY dog, but my dad couldn't take care of him anymore a couple years ago. My cousin now owns him, but I never see him. Broke my heart when my dad gave him away. I miss my baby so much.
