There are those moments, yeah you know the kind. You look at yourself in the mirror, and become an art critic. Or you walk outside, and there is not a cloud in the sky, yet the sun doesn't even shine.

Some people feel that they are fat. Some hate their face. Some hate their hair. Others wish they could just change.

Some face addictions, and fill those cravings, and then later hate themselves.

Some binge eat. Some try to avoid eating at all.

Whatever the case may be, unless you have a severe case of conceitedness, you probably hate something about yourself.

I make this so that whenever you feel that way, you can come here, and maybe this will be a reprieve.

Something I would suggest doing would be reading an affirmation to yourself. Something like:

I am loved.

or

I am beautiful.

Whatever you do, don't give up. You are strong and you can make it through whatever you face. When the world frowns upon you, get up, and show them just how bright you can shine.
