Well, the goal is 100% compatibility across all devices, browsers, and OS's. Sometimes bugs only manifest with certain combinations.
Basically to fix a bug, I have to be able to replicate the bug.

This is a Sony Laptop With Mozilla Firefox and Chrome browsers. I use a External Webcam or just the Factory default webcam built into the Device. I notice when I started the Stream On Chrome I noticed the Notification of VampireRave.net Accessing the Audio and Video Of my device. And That Video and Audio stream. Were Turned On.
I noticed when I tried On Chrome I saw no Video stream. And Was no able to Put a up the Default border.
With The Regular Browser Device and OS I use being Mozilla Firefox. Which has always worked In the Past.
This setup has always seemed to work for me. And I hope this Information is Useful to recreating the Error.

So webcams have been totally reworked. The old system didn't work on mobile at all and had limited browser support. It was Flash based.
The new system does not use flash at all. It uses HTML 5. Chrome requires an SSL connection (which is coming in a week or two), so for now Vamp Cams only work on Firefox (including Firefox mobile).
Borders aren't working. They were. This section has been driving me nuts over the past year. HTML 5 is still a newer technology and it seems every time the browsers update, it breaks things here that I need to fix.
I'm working on the border issue now. Streaming via Firefox and chat seem to be working fine.

Ok, borders are fixed and working again.
After the site moves to SSL encryption I'll probably have to revisit this issue.
