The Punisher white skull T-Shirt was the first Punisher shirt to hit the streets way back in the 70s when you were probably still peeing your pants. Well, it was still being made as of a few years ago, but WHAM, KAPOW, Marvel took the license away from the main producer of the shirt and gave it to another company that, up until now, with their infinite wisdom, wasn't making it.
