he is dark tonight
the full moon is gone
and for the next cycle
he is ours

he is dark tonight
and we do hunger
and while we hunt
he lies dead

his soul blinded
darkness rules
he weeps bitterly

he is dark tonight
he has no choice
it is the time of fear
he knows death is near

he is dark tonight
and cries for the dawn
only then will his soul
be reborn
