The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

This drink is great, there are a few different ways to make it but these are the only two ways I know personally.


The Dead Man's Float 1

Ingredients:

1 pint Guinness Stout
1 scoop French vanilla ice cream
1 oz. bourbon whiskey
1 sprig of mint -or- candy sprinkles

Directions:

Pour the Guinness out into your favorite pub glass, leaving about 2 inches of room at the top. Pour in the bourbon, then top it off with the scoop of ice cream. Garnish with mint or sprinkles.

The Deadman's Float 2

Ingredients:

1 Scoop of Vanilla ice cream (Breyers is Best!)
Baileys Irish Cream (Or your flavor of choice)

Directions:

Take a scoop of ice cream and drop it into the bottom of your favorite glass, poor your Baileys over your ice cream, slowly fill to the top. Add a straw or spoon and enjoy!!!

NOTE: I like to add a little chocolate powder on top of my ice cream when it floats up to the top.

Fun idea: Try with chocolate ice cream and mint chocolate Baileys!
