For three long days and nights I was in that ground
Sleeping beside the evil, vile one
The ground opened and spewed us forth in a spray of dirt
He grabbed my arm and his claws bit into my arm
"Tonight, you will learn to hunt!
A plaything you will then soon be, a toy to bring me glee!"
He gave a mad cackle and danced a slight jig
My mind started to scream, "Help me, someone! Please!"
He began to drag me from out of the park
And my knees buckled as the pain soon hit,
The hunger was almost more than I could bear.
"Please, it hurts! Leave me be!"
He drew back his arm and slapped me in the mouth
And from the force I sank to the ground
"You will now do as I say, or you will beg for death before the day!"
Just then an avenging angel did appear, the sword of justice in his hand.
In one swipe, one quick lop, the vile one's head rolled to the ground
My angel stabbed the creature's chest, reduced him to the blackest ash
He held out his hand and with a gorgeous smile
"You are free, little one. If you want you can come with me."
I took his hand and away we flew to depths of happiness I never knew.
The Queen of all vampires was I
And it was the beautiful Angel, King of vampires
Who taught me to soar, to fly.
