Doctor Who 5” Classics Series 02: Set of 6 includes the following:
1x The Master (“The Deadly Assassin”): Equipped with a pistol, the Master is portrayed as a ghoulish skull-faced figure enveloped by a rumpled, voluminous hooded robe. Having returned to his home world of Gallifrey, the Fourth Doctor is framed for the assassination of the President of the High Council. The true culprit is revealed to be the Master, who has been reduced to a cadaverous creature. Intending to confront his archenemy, the Doctor enters the Matrix and is subjected to a gauntlet of bizarre and surreal scenarios.
1x Ice Warrior (“The Ice Warriors”): Sheathed in a dense green hide, the bulbous-bodied Ice Warrior is equipped with deadly pinchers. Set in the far future, the story centers around the Brittanicus Base and a desperate effort to prevent glaciers from overrunning Brittan. The Second Doctor, along with companions Jamie and Victoria, is pitted against the Ice Warriors, carapace-laden reptilian creatures with sonic weaponry mounted to their creepy pinchers, discovered within an ice-entombed space vessel.
1x Cyberman (“Earthshock”): The silver-clad Cyberman is outfitted with a simplified, emotionless faceplate and a hose-festooned chest unit. Transported into Earth’s future, the Doctor participates in an investigation of the murder of human scientists among a network of caves. Though there is initially suspicion and infighting among the human factions, the true killers are revealed to be androids acting in the interest of the Cybermen, who have constructed a bomb capable of destroying the entire planet.
1x The Morbius Creature (“The Brain of Morbius”): The gruesome Morbius Creature is encased in a leathery, fur-encrusted brown hide, with a humanlike left hand and an oversized insectoid claw as its right appendage. Renegade Time Lord Morbius, years earlier executed for sedition, is resurrected by Dr. Solon, a specialist in microsurgical techniques and tissue transplants, on the planet of Karn. It was revealed that the disembodied brain of Morbius exists, requiring only a new body, the sum of which is composed of mismatched body parts as well the jar, furnished with eye stalks, in which Morbius’ transplanted brain is housed.
1x Voc Robot (“Robots of Death”): The Voc Robot V-6 is sheathed in a quilt-textured silvery-green chassis, with knee-high platform-style boots, and a greenish head crafted to somewhat resemble a human countenance. Set on a distant planet where humans mine for precious metals, the massive sandminer, Storm Mine 4, is manned by nine humans alongside a larger number of robots designed to perform both manual labor and various technical functions. Murders of human staff occur both prior and subsequent to the arrival of the TARDIS and it is ultimately revealed that the robots have received modified programming which enables them to kill humans.
1x Mummy with Canopic Jar (“Pyramids of Mars”): Accompanied by urn and accessories, the barrel-chested Mummy is clad in ragged, form-fitting grey rags. Having materialized in a Victorian gothic mansion, the Forth Doctor and Sarah immediately notice incongruities stemming from the fact that the premises has been misappropriated by an Egyptian Ibrahim Namin, ultimately in the name of Sutekh the Destroyer, the last of the Osirians. Namin possesses a ring which enables him to control robotic mummy servitors.
