The Zodak 10" Mini Bust marks a more earnest, occasionally overbearing, version of the character. The modernized Zodak wears the classic breastplate and insectoid orb-goggled helmet, now with a suggested mechanized neck region and an absence of the rehashed furry Stratos torso. With the new Zodak also comes a more overtly powerful and aggressive manifestation of the Cosmic Enforcer title.

Zodak is apparently equal to or even stronger than He-Man, a fact falling in line with the vaguely antagonistic edge to his character. For centuries, Zodak has nourished an abiding hatred for the Snake Men---mainly because King Hiss ate his brother. When the Snake Men storyline arrived, Zodak essentially allowed Evil-Lyn, Kobra Khan and General Rattlor to obtain the means to release the Snake Men. With King Hiss and the others given free reign, Zodak has gained the opportunity to physically avenge the death of his brother.
