Jayne Stunt Costume

Jayne’s stunt costume worn in the 2005 Joss Whedon sci-fi adventure Serenity. This action outfit was worn during the dramatic scenes following the bank heist and the team are pursued by the cannibalistic Reavers, and was worn by Adam’s stunt double Casey Pieretti when the stunt was too dangerous to him perform himself. It consists of a blue t-shirt with a Japanese design on the front (labelled “Casey Stunt Jayne”, size M), a pair of green combat trousers with extended cuffs presumably to enable a more secure ‘tuck’ into the boots during the stunts (labelled “Stunt DBL Jayne”, size 38). The costume has intentional production distress and wear, but is otherwise in good condition.
