In the year 2247, the whole world celebrates New Year's Day except Azarel, a mechanic from Sector A17. He distrusts the new government founded by Humanoids, ruled by the tyrannical Queen Andromeda. He tries to live his life peacefully, but he slowly finds himself getting involved with the revolutionaries.

But it looks like fate has chosen Azarel to fight under the banner of humanity. He must go through difficult challenges, along with fighting the cybernetic soldiers of ArkaTech, to determine the future of the human race.
