Would someone kindly clue me in as to what the "CLANS" and "HOUSES" are about? I feel like a real dork .. cuz I am clueless.. Help!

A clan are a group of vampires who so the same blood.But not always from the same sire.A house is a group of vampires who kind of like belong to a club a place to go for protection.

I am thinking maybe I really don't know enough to be here yet. *pouts* I mean ..I am not even a VAMPIRE! (or am I , and dun't know it?) Does my facination with blood make me one? I don't think so , and the people that have bitten me , I seriously doubt if any of them were. (or were they??) I am a bit confuzzled....

Myself, i will be moving to an Enclave in about 2 months. An Enclave is a vampyric community..
