what should we think about before join a house or coven. it seem like a nice thing to do.

Well, you should read all of them. Read what they are about, what their purpose is. Requierments, (how much favor a week, rating, what your profile should have), things like that... I've been in four till I finally found the one I like. You just have to find the one that your most comfortable in. You also have to be level 5 (caitiff) too..

In the VR..they pick you.lol.
Now a real coven or house..I'd say before you pick one,
read ALL the fine print!make shure you can handel what the coven or houses needs.make shure the members in that house or coven WILL have your company or like you.

You should look at them all and see if you find yourself in any of them. =] That's how I did it.

Not necessarily, I have been in 4 covens and 1 house. In all of those cases I chose which ones that I wanted to join. The only one that I have been in that they chose me is the one that I am in now and I love it. I am the forum master and detail master in my coven. There are a lot of things that you have to look for in a coven. Not only the requirements, but I like to check out all of the members to see if I think I would be able to get along with them and so far I haven't had any problems.

Again if you want to be in a House or Coven, read about all of them and find 1 that you are comfortable with. Yes you can be forcibly inducted when you reach lvl 5. I have found that some sociaties are nice enough to take you in if you ask

Unless a house or coven picks you the best thing to do i go through the houses and covens and read everything you can and make sure you will like it and fit in...

You should also be aware that you can be

inducted ( unknowingly )
traded ( unkowingly )
and then kicked out of a house/coven all before you knew you were in and traded.

I read the rules and how much they ask . And what they expect of you , Cause I am a Mortician in my real life job.

read the rules, presentation page, ask other members, and as it was mention, coven adn house master can induct you regardless if you want or not, unless you get level 28
