Here's what I updated today:

  • Fixed the bug where poetry entries weren't showing picture thumbnails.

  • Fixed the bug where a blocked user could still bite you.

  • Added a Clear All Pictures function for users experiencing problems with their profile picture slots. The button is on the Edit Your Profile page.

  • Made Portfolio's with zero pictures invisible.

  • Changed the way VR stores certain values.

    In particular, your status and rating. These values are no longer computed in real-time. I hesitated in instituting this change, but it was necessary. As more and more members join VR, the real-time processing was really slowing things down.

    Your rating is computed and updated every 30 minutes.

    The Top page is computed and updated every hour.

    Many of you may have noticed The Top page was taking a *long* time to load. It now loads in a few seconds.
