The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

I need some help. I dont know if its my system or not. I seem to have a problem logging in or loading pages when the user numbers seem to get around 80 to 90 mark. I have seen it take about 2 min to load a full page. I do have dsl service and other sites seem to load good. I just dont know if there is a setting I am missing or a plugin. Other then a small problem that I just noted, I really like this site and keep up the great work. Thanks to Cancer and all the people who keep this site going!!!!

It does that alot when we get around 80 people on the Vampire Rave.

It could well be that and a combination of re-working on the site. When Cancer has to update and change certain area's you will find it slows down then. If it does start to 'play up'. Try logging off and logging back in, i know it has worked for me in the past.

The computers at uni are very quick to upload pages etc, but sometimes I have incurred this problem too, although the reasons for this are obviously the high unflux of poeple on the site from time to time.

Thanks, I been updating any and all drives to see if that was the profblem. I guess this site does have alot going from chatting viewing pages,polls,ect and would slow down the site a any others for that matter if they had the same thing going. I guess I will wait my turn...lol

I think that the site has recieved a large number fo new members than the site can currently deal with, although obviously I am no expert on the matter. I would address Cancer if I where you x
