I just have a quick question.
I normally sign my greetings on people's profile's with "Eternally Yours, ~AngelOfMusic~" and until today, I have NEVER had anyone say to me that is has upset them. A young woman messaged me and said that I had put that on a greeting for her fiancé and that they "didn't appreciate that at all!!!!"
Also, she began her message to me with "I know you are only 16 hun but...." then proceeded to sound nastier. How marvelously pleasant to see my age insulted.....eh? It almost seemed like she was saying that at this age I am too foolish to know what I am saying or something.…
Honestly, I do not see ANYTHING wrong with it. To me, signing a greeting with something like that kind of makes it more personal and therefore makes the person who received it feel more welcomed than when they receive a simple "nice profile" or "greetings".
Does anyone else besides these two have a problem with the way I sign my greetings? If so, please tell me. I hate to upset anyone.

Age some places do have laws on even what can be said to minors so some have to be careful

Don't let someone, who is obviously worried about their relationship with their significant other, tell you what to write or display in your messages. It's obvious to me that the person doesn't trust their fiancé enough to allow them to get innocent messages from anyone...or is disturbingly obsessively possive of them.

Shake it off, and continue with your life. Have fun. Life is too short to listen to Assholes.

I say just ignore her message and if she continues to bother you, send it on to a mod, let them deal with her, what's she gonna do, message every female on VR telling them to not rate her man??? I think not even if she did so what. IT'S ALL A PART OF THE VR "GAME" HERE! Rate and Be Rated. I'm sure there's lots of people who don't like my greetings but that's just me I like to have fun and welcome people that way. So just leave your greeting how you want to. It's better then some I've been left LOL

It is a shame that people have to be so insecure in their relationships. I have no problem with your greeting whatsoever. I say to them to get a life and get over the insecurities. Life IS too short. I would say block them if they become a nuissance and move on your merry way. We love the individual ways people greet us here.
