there's an incredibly odd website called the federal vampire and zombie association that most of you have probably seen. my question is based on something i read on the site. on the vampire section, it states that vampirism is a disease and that a stage of said disease is a coma. i assume this does not appear in real life as a *coma*, per se, but rather, surfaces in sleep patterns. does this happen to be true in any of your lives? let me know!
Hmmm..I will have to reserch this subject..I have not experienced it yet..If I have do not think I've known if I did..
Just so you know, that website is all a complete "take" on Vampires and was nearly one of the first website links installed in Vampire Rave in June 2004. It is hilarious! have a read and I guarantee you will not stop laughing ;)
You will find the link to it in the "links" heading on the left of your screen.
If there is any change in sleep patterns, it would be 'reverse clock' effect, or lethargy induced by depression. I remark on this last one as suddenly feeling you are separate, even alienated, from those around you tends to create ill feelings. It is such a sudden change that is induced by what many would term an 'awakening'. Anyway, if a change in rest patterns occurs..those are the only things I've noted to happen or be the cause.

Other then that Im an insomniac I hardly sleep...But to comment I would need to read more on this subject
MystressVampyra, My daughter and myself are like that. We like to sleep at day and are active at night. Doctor said its a sleeping disorder. as for this site i am goin to check it out. As for a "coma" i have never seen it in any of the research i do.
There is a thread here that describes the so-called 'vampire virus' that involves a coma stage. As someone else said, it is a different take on vampires. I personally don't take it too seriously. A friend of mine recently showed me a book he found that was a guide for what to do in the case of a zombie attack. Don't believe everything you see online or in books.
Sounds...weird. I'll go check it out, but I don't think it's real.
I have visited this site, and I think its very well written, however I don't believe a word of this HVV strand stuff.
A change in mental perspective and physical lifestyle can cange your sleeping patterns, but I don't see how vampirism can only make sence as a virus.
